Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, together with the team
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through creative sourcing strategies and networking
- Define job requirements and ensure alignment in candidate selection
- Enhance the candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely feedback throughout the process
- Correspond with candidates
- Use data and recruitment tools to track
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in tech recruitment, either in-house or at an agency
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- A passion for finding and nurturing talent to build exceptional teams
- Background within HR is preferable
